Decision Center Score FormulasScore formula

These formulas only explain the six decision-center score cards above. Production formulas should be reviewed with Growth, Product, Support, and Finance before rollout.

Funnel Health

Range: 0-100
Funnel Health = 100 - Average stage bottleneck score.
Weights / factors
  • - A stage loses more points when its conversion drops more from the previous period.
  • - Higher risk stages lose more points: Critical 40, High 30, Medium 15, Low 5.
Interpretation

Higher means fewer severe funnel bottlenecks; lower means conversion is dropping in important stages.

Data source

Growth funnel stage counts, conversion rates, and risk levels.

Retention Quality

Range: 0-100
Retention Quality = Round(latest GRR).
Weights / factors
  • - GRR keeps expansion revenue out, so it focuses on whether the existing revenue base is protected.
Interpretation

Higher means existing base revenue is being retained; below 80 suggests retention pressure.

Data source

Billing/MRR snapshots and subscription movement.

Channel ROI

Range: 0-100
Channel ROI = Min(100, Average ROI Score across all channels).
Weights / factors
  • - Channel ROI score = LTV/CAC health x 50% + 30-day retention x 30% + activation rate x 20%.
  • - LTV/CAC health = min(100, LTV/CAC / 5 x 100), so every channel stays within 0-100.
Interpretation

Higher means channels have better payback, activation, and retained merchants.

Data source

Ad spend, Shopify cohorts, billing retained MRR, and attribution data.

Support Experience

Range: 0-100
Support Experience = Tickets with first reply within SLA target / Total tickets x 100%.
Weights / factors
  • - Current Demo uses first-response SLA as the main support score.
Interpretation

Higher means merchants get faster first responses; low score may affect setup and retention.

Data source

Support ticket timestamps from Zendesk/Gorgias or similar systems.

Uninstall Learning

Range: 0-100
Uninstall Learning = 100 - Early uninstall rate.
Weights / factors
  • - Early uninstall rate = uninstalls within 30 days / total uninstalls x 100.
Interpretation

Higher means fewer early uninstall signals; lower means onboarding or value realization needs attention.

Data source

Shopify uninstall webhook plus install date and uninstall reason capture.

Action Execution

Range: 0-100
Action Execution = (In-progress experiments + Completed experiments) / Total tracked experiments x 100%.
Weights / factors
  • - Backlog and Needs Review are not counted as executed actions.
Interpretation

Higher means recommendations are being converted into actual experiments or completed actions.

Data source

AI Decision Brief

Each recommendation includes evidence, confidence, owner, expected impact, and validation metric.

Setup completion is the highest funnel bottleneck

High

Improve activation and reduce early uninstall.

Setup friction prevents merchants from reaching first value.

  • - Setup friction is the top support topic.
  • - Incomplete setup appears in uninstall events.
86.00% confidenceProduct GrowthSetup completion, first value, early uninstall

Retention leakage is larger than expansion recovery

Critical

Recover GRR and stabilize NDR.

Churn and contraction are outpacing expansion in high-value accounts.

  • - Latest leakage is $102.50K.
  • - Expansion recovery is $79.60K.
  • - Net movement is -$22.90K.

Budget should move from low-quality paid volume to higher-retention sources

High

Improve retained MRR and CAC payback.

Paid campaigns are buying installs that do not match ICP or complete setup.

  • - Paid Search LTV/CAC is 5.67.
  • - Partner Referral LTV/CAC is 37.15.
  • - Paid Search payback is 2.12 months.

Top Funnel Bottlenecks

Setup Complete
High
60.50% / -8.60 pts MoM

Setup friction prevents merchants from reaching first value.

Launch setup rescue checklist and monitor completion by channel.

30-day Retained
High
62.80% / -0.50 pts MoM

Retention is pressured by weak setup quality, negative support, and low core adoption.

Build a 30-day retention rescue queue for high-GMV merchants.

First Value
Medium
78.80% / -0.70 pts MoM

Some configured merchants do not use core workflows enough to feel value.

Trigger feature nudges for accounts inactive on core workflows for 7 days.

Decision to Action Loop

1. Detect metric movement and bottleneck.
2. Attach evidence from funnel, revenue, support, uninstall, and usage.
3. Assign owner and confidence to each AI recommendation.
4. Convert recommendation into experiment and validate impact.

Priority Risk Table FormulasScore formula

These formulas only explain fields in the priority risk merchant table below.

GRR

Range: 0-100%+
GRR = (Starting recurring revenue - Churned revenue - Downgraded revenue) / Starting recurring revenue x 100%.
Weights / factors
  • - Current Demo reads merchant-level GRR from mock merchant data.
Interpretation

Lower GRR means the merchant's existing revenue is at higher risk.

Data source

Billing snapshots and subscription movement events.

Core Feature Adoption

Range: 0-100%
Core Feature Adoption = Actively used core features / Required core features x 100%.
Weights / factors
  • - A feature should count only after meaningful usage, not just a click.
Interpretation

Lower adoption means the merchant may not be receiving enough product value.

Data source

Product event tracking and configured core-feature taxonomy.

Risk

Range: Low / Medium / High / Critical
Risk = Merchant health rule result based on GRR, NDR, feature adoption, support sentiment, and uninstall signals.
Weights / factors
  • - Current Demo reads prepared merchant risk levels; production should calculate them from merchant health rules.
Interpretation

Higher risk means the merchant should be prioritized for owner follow-up.

Data source

Merchant health model, billing, product usage, support tickets, and uninstall signals.
